Jackson County, Indiana's Festivals & Events

Indiana would not be Indiana without festivals, and Jackson County has many of the state's finest! To name a few, the "Oktoberfest" is held annually in Seymour on the first weekend in October and attracts over 100,000 visitors, Brownstown's annual "Watermelon Festival" pays tribute to one of the area's popular crops, Crothersville hosts the "Red, White & Blue Festival" to applaud our nation's heritage, and Vallonia takes us back to the frontier days with their annual "Fort Vallonia Days".
