The Jackson County Walking Pals will meet at 9 a.m. March 29, at the Jackson-Washington State Forest in Brownstown. The group walks at a steady pace for an hour with their dogs. The group will meet at the first gravel spot at the forestry entrance.
Winding Waters invasive Partnership will host a Weed Wrangle from 9 a.m. to noon, March 29, at the Muscatatuck National Wildlife Refuge, 12985 East U.S. 50, Seymour. Volunteers will remove invasive plants and snacks will be provided. This volunteer opportunity is open to all ages.
The Freeman Army Airfield Museum is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday.
Jackson County United Way will host The Jackson County Hidden Voice at 5:30 p.m. March 29, at The Pines Evergreen Room, 4120 U.S. 31, Seymour.
