Tiemeyer’s Farm Market is 5 minutes from the the Medora Brick Plant at 3147 S County Rd 300 W, Vallonia. They have a breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu as well as a farm market, country store, and activities for the kids including the Sandy Mills Gem Mining Company, mini golf, and animals. The Stuckwish Round Barn is only about three minutes from the Medora Brick Plant. It is located on County Rd. 460 W and accessible from State Road 235 in Vallonia. Completed in 1911 by Daryl Carter for George Stuckwish, the barn was patterned after the nearly Mahan round barn.

Hackman Family Farm Market is located at 6077 State Road 135, Vallonia and offers some great produce and other goodies. Click here for their website.

Fort Vallonia is a six-minute drive from the Medora Brick Plant at 2382 South Main Street, Vallonia. It was the first settlement in Jackson County and is a must see!
