The Jackson County History Center comprises both the Historical Society and the Genealogical Society. The Historical museum is open from 9 a. m. to 11 a. m. Tuesday and Thursday and by appointment.
The Genealogical Library offers family histories, cemetery records and information for those researching family ties. The library is open Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Thursday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., except holidays and/or by appointment if your residence is over 50 miles away.
