If you or someone you know needs an application, please download and print these applications off from our website. You may also pick up copies at the Jackson County Visitor Center between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, 100 North Broadway Street, Seymour. The application deadline is December 18.

1. Pick an angel from the Angel Trees at the Jackson County Public Library, Jackson County Visitor Center or Shoe Sensation, and deliver the gifts to Suite 211 in Shoppes of Seymour (Sertoma headquarters).
2. Mail contribution: Jackson County Sertoma, Box 841 Seymour, IN 47274
3. Attend Jackson County Sertoma Christmas Miracle Concert, 6 p.m. Wednesday, November 24 at Pewter Hall. Advance tickets only Bluebird Cafe in Vallonia, Pewter Hall in Brownstown, Knotts & Tangles in Brownstown and The Brooklyn Pizza Company in Seymour!
