Sensory Friendly Trunk or Treat – The ARC of Jackson County and Unlocking the Spectrum will host a sensory friendly trunk or treat from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. October 26, at Unlocking the Spectrum, 322 Dupont Drive, Seymour.
Trivia Night – The Seymour Parks and Recreation Department will offer a Trivia Night from 6 to 8 p.m. October 26, at Brewskie’s Downtown, 117 East Second Street, Seymour. It’s $20 to enter a four-person team. Click here to register.
Pioneer Dinner – The Jackson County History Center’s 12th annual Pioneer Dinner is scheduled for 6 p.m. October 26, at the center’s livery barn, 105 North Sugar Street, Brownstown.
Friday, October 27
Car Show – The Jeremy Wischmeier Memorial Car Show will be from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. October 27, at Seymour High School.
Zion Trunk or Treat – Zion Lutheran Church will host a trunk or treat from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. October 27, at the church, 1501 Gaiser Drive, Seymour.
ILS Trunk or Treat – Immanuel Lutheran School will host a trunk or treat from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. October 27, at the school, 520 South Chestnut Street, Seymour.
Borchers Trunk or Treat – St. Paul Lutheran Church Borchers will host a trunk or treat at 7 p.m. October 27, at the church, 10792 North County Road 210E, Seymour.
Haunted Car Wash – Jeff’s Car Wash will host its annual haunted car wash from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. October 27, at the car wash. There will be free candy with the purchase of a car wash.
Album Release Party – Arianna Barton will release her album ‘Stronger’ during a show at 7 p.m. October 27, at the Seymour Brewing Company, 753 West Second Street, Seymour.
Live music at Chateau de Pique – Michael Staublin will play at 8 p.m. October 27, at Chateau de Pique Winery & Brewery, 6361 North County Road 760E, Seymour.
Saturday, October 28
Hollow’een Spooktacular – Starve Hollow State Recreation Area will host its annual Hollow’een Spooktacular October 28, with activities planned from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. at the property. Freeman Army Airfield Museum – The Freeman Army Airfield Museum will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. October 21, at 1035 A Avenue, Seymour.
Seymour Museum Center – The Seymour Museum Center will be open for its regular hours from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. October 21, at 220 North Chestnut Street, Seymour.
Trunk or Treat – Seymour Christian Church will host its Trunk or Treat from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. October 28, at the church, 915 Kasting Road, Seymour.
Trunk or Treat – I Care Childcare will host a trunk or treat from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. October 28, at the childcare, 1112 North O’Brien Street, Seymour.

Trunk or Treat – Redeemer Lutheran Church will host its Trunk or Treat from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. October 28, in the church parking lot, 604 North Walnut Street, Seymour.
Live music at Side Track’d – Killin Smalls will play from 7 to 10 p.m. October 28, at Side Track’d, 1115 West Spring Street, Brownstown.
Haunted Car Wash – Jeff’s Car Wash will host its annual haunted car wash from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. October 28, at the car wash. There will be free candy with the purchase of a car wash.
Music Jam – The Jackson County History Center will host a music jam at 7 p.m. October 28, at the center’s livery barn, 105 North Sugar Street, Brownstown. Food will be available for purchase from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Those who attend are welcome to bring their own instruments.
Trivia Night – Trinity Lutheran High School will host a trivia night at 7 p.m. October 28, at the school, 1 Trinity Way Seymour. Teams of six will be challenged on topics of sports, historical events, famous people, and pop culture. It’s $15 per person or $90 per table with the proceeds going to students attending the 2024 trip to Europe.
Live music at Poplar Street – Fred & Steve will play at 7 p.m. October 28, at Poplar Street Restaurant, 513 South Poplar Street, Seymour.
Live music at the Eagles – Adam Crabtree will play at 7:30 p.m. October 28, at the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, 122 East Second Street, Seymour.
Live music at The Thirsty Sportsman – DRB will play at 9 p.m. October 28, at The Thirsty Sportsman, 205 North Armstrong Street, Crothersville.
Sunday, October 29
Fall Festival – Central Christian Church will host its Fall Festival from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. October 29, at the church, 1434 West Second Street, Seymour. There will be food, hayrides, games, pumpkin cake walk, candy, and prizes.
Trunk or Treat – First Baptist Church of Seymour will host a Trunk or Treat from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. October 29, at the church, 505 Community Drive, Seymour.
Trunk or Treat – Calvary Baptist Church will host a Trunk or Treat from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. October 29, at the church, 1202 North Ewing Street, Seymour.

Monday, October 30
Downtown Trick or Treat – The Seymour Main Street Downtown Trick or Treat will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. October 30, in downtown Seymour. The Seymour Evening Lions Club annual Halloween Parade will follow the event at 6 p.m. starting at the Seymour Post Office. There will be prizes for several categories.
Trunk or Treat – The Seymour Crossing will host a trunk or treat from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. October 30, at the home, 707 South Jackson Park Drive, Seymour.
Tuesday, October 31
Bob Poynter Trick or Treat – Both locations of the Bob Poynter Family of Dealerships will host trick or treat from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. October 31.
Trick or Treat – Brownstown Ewing Main Street will host its trick or treat night at 5:30 p.m. October 31, at the Jackson County Courthouse in Brownstown.
Trunk or Treat – Trinity United Methodist Church will host trunk or treat from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. October 31, at the church, 333 South Chestnut Street, Seymour.
Truck or Treat – St. Peter’s Lutheran Church will host its trunk or treat from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. October 31, in the church’s paved parking lot, 403 West Bridge Street, Brownstown. In the event of rain, the church will move the event to the basement.
Live music at the Seymour Brewing Co. – Ruben Guthrie and Albert Nolting will play at 6 p.m. October 31, at the Seymour Brewing Company, 753 West Second Street, Seymour. There also will be a Halloween costume party.
Trunk or Treat – Freetown Community Church will host its Trunk or Treat from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. October 31, at the church, 6811 North Glendenning Street, Freetown.
