Thursday, June 15

Seymour City Jam – Seymour Main Street’s Seymour City Jam will feature Chicago Farmer & The Fieldnotes at 6:30 p.m. June 15, at Crossroads Community Park in downtown Seymour. Food, sponsor tables, and drinks will begin at 6 p.m. and everyone is encouraged to bring a lawn chair.

Tractor Pulls – The Grassy Fork Township Volunteer Fire Department’s annual Tractor Pull and Fish Fry will be June 15-17 at the station, 5384 South County Road 450E, Brownstown. There is no cost to attend or park.

Live music at Harmony Park – TryRyder, a Grateful Dead tribute band, will play at 7 p.m. June 15, at Harmony Park next to the Brooklyn Pizza Company, 753 West Second Street, Seymour.


Friday, June 16

Live music at Chateau de Pique – Michael Staublin will play at 5 p.m. June 16, at Chateau de Pique Winery & Brewery, 6361 North County Road 760E, Seymour.

Tractor Pulls – The Grassy Fork Township Volunteer Fire Department’s annual Tractor Pull and Fish Fry will be June 15-17 at the station, 5384 South County Road 450E, Brownstown. There is no cost to attend or park.

Live music at Harmony Park – Bourbon Britches will play at 7 p.m. June 16, at Harmony Park next to the Brooklyn Pizza Company, 753 West Second Street, Seymour.

Live music at Poplar Street – Forrest Turner will play at 7 p.m. June 16, at Poplar Street Restaurant, 513 South Poplar Street, Seymour.

Live music at Side Track’d – Clearwater will play at 7 p.m. June 16, at Side Tracked, 1115 West Spring Street, Brownstown.

Live music at Rails – Doug Dillman will play at 7 p.m. June 16, at Rails Craft Brew and Eatery, 114 St. Louis Avenue, Seymour.

Live music at the Eagles – Dave Campbell will play at 7:30 p.m. June 16, at the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, 122 East Second Street, Seymour.

Live music at On the Rox – 9 to 44 will play at 8 p.m. June 16, at On the Rox, 214 South Broadway Street, Seymour.


Saturday, June 17

Seymour Area Farmers Market – The Seymour Area Farmers Market will operate from 8 a.m. to noon June 17, in the farmers market parking lot on Walnut Street in Seymour.

Freeman Army Airfield Museum – The Freeman Army Airfield Museum will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 17, at 1035 A Avenue, Seymour.

Kovener’s Korner 75th Celebration – Kovener’s Korner will host a 75th anniversary celebration from 2 to 6 p.m. June 17, at shop, 712 West Second Street, Seymour. The day will include free kids’ activities, live music by Steve DeWeese, silent auction with proceeds going to local charities, speakers, corn hole, an ice cream eating contest, and more. Trinity United Methodist Church Meal – Trinity United Methodist Church will host its Free Meal for the Community from 5 to 7 p.m. at the church, 333 South Chestnut Street, Seymour. This month’s menu is Tacos, Nacho Cheese, Chips, and Cookies.

Race Night at Brownstown Speedway – Race Night will be held June 17, at Brownstown Speedway. The race will Pure Stocks, ILMS Pro Late Models, Super Stocks, Hornets, and Crown Vics.

Brownstown Church of the Nazarene VBS – Brownstown Church of the Nazarene will host its Vacation Bible School from 6 to 8:15 p.m. June 19 through June 23 at the church, 616 West Commerce Street, Brownstown. The theme is Keepers of the Kingdom and the week will end with a Sunday service at 10 a.m.
