Where to find Santa Claus in Jackson County this season
It’s that time of year! Santa will be making plenty of stops in Jackson County! Here’s all the places you will find him!

Tiemeyer’s Farm Market, 6 p.m. every Friday and Saturday from November 26 through December 18, cost is $10 per person, which includes a hayride through the Wonderland of Lights; call 812-358-5618 to book your ride. 3147 South County Road 300 West, Vallonia. Thursday, December 2
WJAA Radio 96.3, 4 t o5 p.m., Santa will have coloring books and candy for children, 1531 West Tipton Street Seymour.
Friday, December 3
Christmas at Crossroads by the Jackson County Chamber, 6 p.m., at Crossroads Community Park in Seymour.
Saturday, December 4
Small Town Christmas Market, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Knights of Columbus, 118 East Second Street, Seymour.
City Santa House, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Crossroads Community Park.
Reins to Recovery, 1 to 4 p.m. Santa will be there with his reindeer. Free will donation 10861 North US 31, Seymour.
Medora Christmas Festival & Parade, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be at the Medora Senior Center following the 1 p.m. parade.
Sunday, December 5
Redding Township Volunteer Fire Department, 6:30 p.m., at the fire department, 2112 High Street, Seymour.
December 6 through December 10
Jackson County Chamber Seymour Santa Tour. This will be December 6 through 10 and will correspond with Seymour residents’ trash pick up day. Santa will come through on a Seymour Fire Truck beginning at 6 p.m. Track him with the Santa Tracker.
Friday, December 10
The Crothersville-Vernon Township Volunteer Fire Department, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Printed 4×6 photos for $5 as well as free cookies and hot chocolate. There also will be a coloring contest with prizes. 200 Moore Street, Crothersville.
Saturday, December 11
City Santa House, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Crossroads Community Park.
Monday, December 13
Jackson County Chamber Brownstown Santa Tour, Santa will ride on a firetruck throughout Brownstown.
Tuesday, December 14
Kayla Stice State Farm Insurance Agent, 5 to 7 p.m. for general public. There will be a time for those with special needs from 4 to 5 p.m., 416 North Main Street, Brownstown.
Thursday, December 16
Brownstown Ewing Main Street’s Hometown Christmas, 6 to 7:30 p.m., Jackson County Courthouse.
Saturday, December 18
Schwätzer’s German Restaurant, noon to 2 p.m.
City Santa House, 3 to 5 p.m., Crossroads Community Park.
