Thursday, July 1

Trivia – Don’t miss the third Patty Bros Entertainment Trivia Night at Harmony Park in Seymour.


Friday, July 2

Friday Night Live – It’s the third show of Southern Indiana Center for the Arts‘ Friday Night Live. Sounds of Dreams will perform from 7 to 9 p.m., so be sure to check it out. Bring your own coolers, lawn chairs and blankets and be ready for some great music.

Live Music at Rails – Doug Dillman will perform from 7 to 9 p.m. at Rails Craft Brew and Eatery.


Saturday, July 3

Farmers Market – The Seymour Area Farmers Market will be open from 8 a.m. to noon in the Walnut Street Parking Lot.

Race time – The 7th annual Born Free 40 will take place at 6 p.m. at Brownstown Speedway.

Sing your heart out – There will be karaoke with T-Roy at the Seymour VFW from 7 to 11 p.m.

Live Music at Rails – Gage Mull and Friends will perform from 7 to 9 p.m. at Rails Craft Brew and Eatery.


Sunday, July 4

Fourth of July, Seymour – Celebrate the Fourth of July in Seymour with the Parks and Recreation Department’s celebration. Here’s the schedule:

3 to 5 p.m.: Smalltown Star Talent Show, 7 to 9:30 p.m.: Fabulous Hickbilly’s live at Freeman Recreational Park, 10 p.m.: Firework at Freeman Recreational Park. Also, there will be half-price admission to the Shields Park Pool!

Fourth of July, Medora – Medora Pentecostal Church will have a Fourth of July Celebration at the Medora Town Park. It all starts at 6 p.m. and includes games, concession, live music, Spanky’s Food Truck, fireworks and giveaways. Bring your own lawn chairs for this family-friendly event.


Monday, July 5

Reno Treasure Hunt – Be sure to listen to WJAA 96.3 at 8:05 a.m. Monday for the first clue for the Reno Treasure Hunt. 8 businesses have come together to create this fun experience.
The first clue will take them to a business, which will provide the next clue. This will be offered for three weeks and once the eighth clue is collected, tickets can be turned in for a chance to win the grand prize of $1,000!

SICA art camp – SICA’s Summer Art Camp first session kicks off Monday. It’s scheduled all next week and then a second opportunity will take place the following week. To register online, visit soinart.com/art-camp.
